what phone to buy ??

okay so am thinking of buying a new phone. And I want a good smart phone. my options are : iPhone 5s, HTC one m9, Samsung galaxy 5,..! I want some help. can some one tell me which one is better or any phone that will be good..... and also where can I get it for a cheap price with NO SCAM!!?!

I think htc m9 or 5s will be better choice.

I've heard the Samsung is good but I've never actually tried it.

I love the Android operating system. love the interface android. and my personal preference is the Galaxy. not like the iPhone.
