Golden tips to who having no time to care there health they can maintain good health by doing following activities just spending a minute. @ Wash the face & with cold water which active the brain alertness.@ Tongue Scraping- doing this activity helps to digestion , absorption & stimulate internal organ help to become efficient.Remove bacteria. @ Drink warm water to promote kidney flushing & avoids constipation. You may use copper glass storing water at least 8 hours for more benefits to acidity & gas problems.

Usually when I wash my face, I use warm water first to open the pores and clean it out, then cold water at the end to close it, which also helps to wake me up early in the morning
