A new friend

This afternoon, one of my neighbours came over with a brown puppy in his basket which he promised to give us a couple of days ago.
A brown one, when it was handed to me,it was so frightened and shy that it did not make a sound.I put it down onto the ground gently, then it began to explore the new place,following my 10 year-old daughter and 8 year niece everywhere.They were very excited.
As night fell, my mom decided to let him stay outside, so we found a place wishing him a good night.
Early in the morning, we are waken up by his constant barking. I get out of my bed , rush out and let him out of its place. Once again,it stops barking with his eyes staring me and the tail wagging, cause he has gained his freedom finally.Any tips to raise a puppy?

Your puppy is adorable!
My dog used to hate being left alone. ...you might have to train him into it. oh...more importantly...he'll need to be house trained (you know...to not poop or pee in the house). ...coz that will ruin household items. Also, he will need to have a routine set for times he gets a walk and simply gets to stay out in the sun. They like to sun-bath too. Gets them Vit.-D.
Your gonna have so much fun.....Now i miss my dog...

Thank you for your tips.Just as you say,he hates being left alone. Well,the reason why I have to keep him outside is that my mum is not a puppy lover,cause she hates it when dogs pee or poo everywhere. Finally, I talked my mum into giving me some time to train him. So the good news is that the puppy is now sleeping on the floor beside my bed after a day'barking for freedom and company.
