Leaving for Florida on Thursday

I will be gone for a few days as my wife and I take our daughter to Florida to start her college education. This is an exciting time, but also sad since she will be so far away from home. Still, we will be able to communicate with her via Skype. Also, she will come in during winter break. In the end, I believe that she will thrive and do well. While my wife and I freeze during the winter, our daughter will be enjoying the more comfortable weather.

I can imagine this is an exciting time for her and probably a nervous time for you and your wife. Enjoy your time seeing your daughter off to college. Have a safe trip

Thank you. We will be greeted by hot temperatures and some rain. Still, the University of Central Florida is a great college with a wonderful campus.

She will be going into engineering. She will face many challenges, but I am confident that she will meet these challenges and go far.

Wishing your daughter all the best at college. It is always sad to see them move so far from home but she is going to a beautiful place. With Skype it's helps shorten the distance. Safe travels.
