Why ?
Freckles are just small spots on the skin, the Rorchach test is a big spot.
You got to have many freckles to have a rorchach test.
My ex girlfriend had a birth spot on her back side of the right shoulder. It reminded me a monster in the middle of an attack, jumping forward with mouth open to eat a rabbit or something :-)
That birth spot was made of many brown small dots on her skin.

Who wouldve thought of freckles that way? Used to have them across my nose and cheeks. Never thought of them like a galaxy

I think freckles can make a nice game : connect the dots. One can draw a line between two close freckles and go on to the next closest freckle and see that comes out of it :-)
It can make a very creative activity. What do you think ?
How did you think about the moon though ?
My ex girlfriend had many big dots on her body, some of them looked like a small lettuce plants because they started to split up...
I don't like skin tumors.

@Klenig Your way as seeing the freckles as the stars is also interesting.
Maybe we can learn something about the stars from the pattern of the freckles. Who knows, maybe there is a connection.
I guess most of the freckles are from the sunlight on the skin, but, some are genetics like in the gingers, some birth marks...you have a cool imagination.
If the freckles remind you the universe, it supposed to make you think we are connected to the whole universe, not just to earth. Agree ?
