how talking to oneself is justified...is it beneficial or may have bad results!!!

Talking to oneself can be beneficial or harmful based on what you talk. Its like programming your mind if you talk some sensible things and program your mind to do the best then it will surely be beneficial.

I do that very often. But of course, not when I'm in company! LMAO! I must be alone. Rather than just thinking, I like talking to myself. It helps me on different levels.

dont you have moments where youre so caught up in your thoughts that you dont know if you've said them out loud or really just thought them...that annoys me!

Self-talking - This is one of the neurological disorder. I have met people who carry out entire conversation with themselves. Murmuring is different, when you get angry, you tend to murmur.

i guess it would all depend on where u r and whom u are around bcause it someone i do not know just starts to talk to themselves just out of the blue i would think they wer out of their damn mind!

you know, sometimes i see people on the street talking to themselves and i always say when i start doing that it is time for the old folks home lol
