What's for dinner? August 18

What's everyone having for dinner this evening? I want to know!
In the continuing saga of clearing out the freezer, I pulled out a rack of ribs that we smoked on the 4th of July. They are thawed so all I have to do is heat them up in the oven and they will be good to go. I think to go with them I'm going to make baked potatoes and steamed green beans. Nice and simple.

I am marinating a couple of small pork chops to grill tonight to go with a salad and fresh vegetable.
