Resignation Effective Immediately!

My letter of resignation is effective immediately! I can't , No, I won't do it for a moment longer! Enough is enough and trust me I have had enough! So I QUIT! I quit being pushed around by people who can't do their job efficiently that is. I don't ever quit my thinking is if I quit I let them win and that isn't going to happen. In this aspect of life I am a Spartan! I never surrender, I give them nothing and I take everything. This is Sparta! I haven't been here because the internet has been on and off booting me offline. Every time it rains and the wind blows there goes the internet. It frustrates life. I am trying to post and it goes out and I start from scratch. I go back and log in and kicked offline. I finally had enough and turns out that I have gotten a defective router from them from day one. I let them know that as soon as another company makes its services available in our area I will be parting ways with them. Upon this call I lodged my complaint, got my order expedited overnight free of charge and inquired about the cable. The man would give me a price and then change it and consistently contradicted himself. I got off the phone and called the cable provider they partner with directly. Guess what I didn't have to pay $150 deposit today. Turns out I only had to pay$20. In 2 minutes after hanging up I had cable without even having the devices needed. I downloaded the app and we are watching cable on our flat screen tv! Had I resigned myself and let them tell me what didn't come directly from the horses mouth. I would have either paid the $150 or continued to go without cable. Don't resign yourself to being bullied by people you pay to provide you with something. Nothing is free so get what you paid for and accept nothing less. As it stands if they didn't get your payment trust me you wouldn't be getting anything. So make sure that you aren't just giving them free money. Thanks for reading

The cable companies count on people being ignorant and helpless, and bending over and taking it up the butt from the cable companies! But if you push back, these companies will usually cave in. They thrive on raping people of their hard earned money. I always love when the customer turns around and sticks it to them! They can dish it, but they can't take it! lol

You are right and I like my money too much seeing as I work hard for it to give it away for the hell of it. I have been away but its because life here is still a little hectic today was first day back to school and still unpacking organizing etc. Plus I have been working on a few side projects that seriously need my attn. Promise even if it is only once a week I will keep checking in to say hello I just have been busy.

I just thought take it in and then go directly to the source and inquire, compare and choose out of the choices I have which is better for myself in the present situation and future.

That's the spirit! As long as you know you're rights, don't be afraid to ask for what you are paying for!

It's too bad we are in this position all the time, from things not being done right the first time. Sometimes it seems nobody takes pride in their work anymore, or cares enough.

Oh I agree people don't care anymore everything is rushed about saving time and money and they don't care about anything else because they don't get paid enough to do so they forget that those are ordinary people on the other end of the line.

Me too I probably would have paid the deposit had he given me the information and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I lost confidence after the second time he gave me a price and changed it twice in the same sentence before confirming that he really had no clue what he was talking about.
