What is the "PAK GANERN" Expression?

I first heard this expression from the internet sensation Maria Sophia Love with her 360 modelling videos.
Pak is a short term from tumpak (precise) or palakpak (clap). And the term Ganern is from the word ganoon (like that). It is a gay lingo term.
This month, Pak Ganern is not only a mere expression but also a Filipino game.
This reminds me of the Nanay, Tatay game when I was a kid.

Yes, it is just similar to that "Nanay,Tatay" (Mother,Father) game. I am just amused at the word "ganern."

well, that's bascially the Nanay and Tatay game before . Vice Ganda just made a twist from it and those ther terms they are saying . Not original at all .

Pak Ganern was undoubtedly an expression of K Brosas in Showtime. i simply like it.
