Selling my aunt's school

Nope, I'm not becoming a full-time agent but my mom's first cousin wants to sell her school and had asked for help so I've already put up three listings for now and will do some more tomorrow. The school is 1600sqm with five buildings, one is two floors high, which is also third floor-ready. It has 20 classrooms and other typical features of a school. I'm not sure if this will sell right away but it's still worth a shot. My aunt is in her 70s and wants to retire overseas where her son is so I really want to help her. I just hope there will be a buyer soon.
