Best Free Blogsite

I am planning to create a blog site. I already had one before at blogspot but I cannot access it anymore. I am planning to make blogs about the arts and crafts that I am doing. I also plan to make a blog about the local restos here in my community. What's the best free blogsite?

I have never used a free blogsites but how about writing in only one niche? you can do much better if you concentrate in 1 niche.

That sounds great. I use blogger. I just wrote a review for some products I tested out. I write a lot of reviews on there as well as the adventures of geocaching etc.

I can only recommend blogspot/blogger because it's where I maintain my 2 blogs.
