3 things I have learnt from the books, we recieve freely what we give freely; when we can't give, we can hold onto what we have by being thankful of all the things we are blessed with. Also, positivity is a magic wand which can make the trap of negativity disappear. The profound effect of positivity is really a relief for the people who are new to the concept. Mainly because negative thoughts follow after negative circumstances. We can change our lives by thinking what we want! That's the silver lining. :-)

To some extent it works but later it gets harder because real world outside doesn't work as per our positive perception.
