Forgiveness is not something we do for others.
It is something we do for ourselves.
When we forgive someone who has done wrong to us, we feel relieved and at peace.
We feel heaviness in our heart when we do not forgive.
There are times that we have sleepless nights because we have no peace of mind.
To forgive someone is the most beautiful form of love.
So let us learn to forgive and live with a peaceful and happy life..

That is so true . When you haven't forgiven someone because of what she did to you , you will have a difficulty having a fitful sleep .
But how can you forgive when the wound is still so fresh . I guess we can give it a healing time first .

I maybe so hurt because of such incident, but believe me on the next day, it was all gone, I had forgiven.
