What can help build muscle fast

I'm in a program of muscle formation , I've done a lot of exercise and also eat foods that are recommended for increasing muscle mass but I still have not gotten the results that I want, if you ever succeeded in forming sinew , please give me advice about the proper exercise and food which can quickly help muscle formation.

Eat proteins! if you go to a gym take a protein shake immediately after your work out

Muscle building is hard and not so easily earned process. Even for a thin guy, it may take him years to achieve one. Be patient

There is alot about what type of body do you have. We know that building muscle is not done overnight. Do what you are doing and keep it consistent. Before long you will see your muscles build up.
