This evening, as soon as my friends left and I cleaned the kitchen, I decided that I should call it a day. The day had started early in San Fernando followed by a tiring bus trip to Santiago and another, no less tiring, to my house from the bus stop. At home I had several news. I had missed the visit to Chile of a dear friend who is now living in the US. One of my aunts had had a fall (I still don´t know the amount of the damage). Finally, I discovered that my daughter had gone to the dentist and had had 2 of her wisdom teeth out. I was shocked at how many things could happen when one was away during a weekend. So, after I had my usual tea with my friends; I just turned off the lights from the rest of the house and made a home of my bedroom.
