why there is so starvation anc poverty in africa?

@altafrayeen . The main reason is bad leadership. Africa is a very bless with hugh natural resources. But some of the leaders are corrupt, greedy and lack the passion to get their people out of poverty. I feel if Africa get the right leadership combine with the natural resources such as crude oil, good farmlands, solid minerals and human resources the continent has ; then Africa will be the best continent anybody will like to stay in.

I do not think there is one easy answer. Some of Africa's problems go back to years and years of control and oppression by other nations and countries. The people were oppressed and enslaved while the land was raped. However, other problems go back to corruption by African leaders as well as continuous warfare between ethnic groups, tribes and rulers. It is very sad what has happened and continues to happen in Africa.
