What's for dinner? August 24

What's going on the dinner table this evening? I want to know! I am making Carne Asada according to Rick Bayless' recipe in his cookbook "More Mexican Everyday". The meat is marinating as I type. I will make guacamole and we will make carne asada tacos with flour tortillas. Yum. I'm also trying another recipe from the same book, "Porky Pinto Beans" which are beans with bacon to go with the tacos. That's what's going on the table here. What's happening in YOUR house? Do tell!

That sounds good. My fiance is out of town working so I am alone for the night so I just stopped by and picked up a pizza. I don't like cooking when I am alone. :(
