some experience on exercise

Once in my middle school, i ran almost 10km everyday in order to lose some wight(of course i was 65kg with the height of 160cm). All these exercises made me in good health at that time. However, when I came to the college, I was addicted to watching TV and going shopping, and doing exercise was forgotten. And now, i am working in a company, which have a lot of activies, especially hiking. while the fact is, i could not even run 3km at one time at present. What should I do? Do you have the same experience ?

I thihnk belly fat is one of the hardest to get out of the body. Rest works out just fine.

Very sad to know that. It is dangerous also. Try to go back to your exercise session.
