TV show junkie

Ever since I got cable back, I haven't used it much to be honest. I put on my PS4 and let my son watch his cartoons on YouTube mostly or I use it at night to watch my own shows on Netflix.
Today I put on the TV and was going to find a cartoon for my son to watch. I ended up watching a marathon of Law and Order: SVU. I don't know why, but this show can have me hooked for literally hours. I am always excited when they update the seasons on Netflix, even if it takes them forever. Netflix only has up to season 17 whereas I know on cable it's up to season 20. Just goes to show how popular it is if it's been going on for 20 years! That's insane and wonderful!
Any of you have a show that you can just binge watch for hours and doesn't get old for you?

My grandson enjoys the same things you mentioned. He has an Xbox. I like the show Law and Order SVU too. Sometimes watch it late at night when nothing else is on. I have been recording repeats of The Big Bang Theory that show on TBS early evening. Then I can watch them anytime I wish.

@DanieGirl80587 .....TBBT is about the only comedy on TV that I can stand to watch. I used to have a VCR too but now it is a DVR.

Couldn't quite get into "The Big Bang Theory." I used to record shows back in the day with a VCR. I don't have a TiVo or DVR, but I do have Xfinity which I love.

I'll watch it in small doses, but SVU is just so repetitive to me.

That's perfectly fine. I know plenty of people who don't watch much TV.
