How do you spend your spare time ?

In the modern economy society , we have a eight to five job , after work , a lot of time is to waste , with the age growing , we have strong desire to catch the time . I don't what I can do ? or what I should study to culture a hobby ? because when I think I have nothing to do when I am old . I will have panic feeling .Do you have any good ideas?

During my spare time, I read, sleep for long hours and do household chores.

Movies, TV, books, guitar, paint by number and I guess you could say myLot. I don't have a job anymore so it depends on what you call spare time I guess.
