how to deal with the feeling of neverous when the first time talk with strangers

though my major is english when i was in college.i thnk i can talk with the people fluently in english if the people is my friend.but if the people is the first time i met i will feel nervous.now i am a trainee in a company ,i need use english to talk with the foreigner.i found i can't do it .what should i do ?

me too am not fluent in english am sorry my english is english carabao hahaha,that's how you recognize filipino.you have to smile to everyone and stay calm so that you can deal to everybody

i have a oral english teacher from Philippines the same with you.his had been china many years .he is easy-going and every students liked him very much .so i think you also can do it

Keep practicing, either with someone or if by yourself, in front of a mirror or something. That might help. Good luck!

@storedisplaystand That is why I suggested practicing in private first before speaking in public. You have to start somewhere, once you get used to it things will be easier.
