Should Canada Stay Passive, or get some guts?!?

The state of the world today with all it's war and hatred is tragic. Is Canada doing the right thing by remaining passive in the war against terror, or should they finally hike up their trousers, grow some b@ll$ (sorry) and aid in the war?
