Many say this is martial law? But no, said the government, this is just putting the country under the security after the Davao bombing. To protect the people and the state, the government put the whole country under the State Of Lawlessness. Not a martial law, but more like a semi-martial law. The police and military are under the full red alert which means they are ready to combat to any people who pose threat to peaceful place. In our place, there was no pressure or any sign of disorderliness. Not even a checkpoint or police patrolling in rough manner. Its just normal here. But then again, we are under full red alert.

Media likes to scare people to get scared of the president. Too bad, such state had been made before back in 2003.

Its only the media, its the terrorists and lawless people making the country scary. We cannot just let this happen because as you have said, this has been in 2003, what had happened?
