Application for friendship

I read a writing assignment for 4th graders. It was to create an application for friendship. What kinds of things do you require of a friend? Interesting to think about! Of course, in 4th grade, I imagine it would be things like, "do you like legos", "do you have any pets" Or maybe I am naive about 9 year olds these day. Lol

Wow, that would be a wonderful thing if we have such "Application For Friendship" with qualifications. I haven't thought about it but if there be a time when we apply for friendship by signing an application form, it sounds fun. On a more serious side, it may be time for most people to truly examine the kind of people they be-friend because the kind of friends affect them in many ways and lot of areas in their life. The Law of Association is a great law that can explain why we need to screen those people coming and becoming part of our lives as "Friends."
