Do you Take Morning Naps?

Sometimes I find myself sleepy even at 10 a.m. This could be due to tiredness from some home works and because I get up at 4 or 5 a.m. to prepare breakfast for my son who leaves the house for work at 6 a.m. So by 9 or 10 a.m. I feel sleepy.I also thought my blood sugar could had escalate sometimes, though I know I am on the borderline yet; but some food could had caused it to rise. Just a few winks,as they say, or just a few minutes of sleep relaxes me. Do you also take morning naps?

Yes I do that sometimes .. It could be part of my aging process that makes me feel tired early in the morning ..

It could be really a part of aging. We easily tire even in the morning.

I'm more likely to feel like a nap in the afternoon - I don't get up early like you.

If you are getting up at that hour I'm not surprised you need a nap before lunch. I think the best time to nap is when your body says you need it.

No. I wake up at 4 am and sleep at 7 pm. I don't take naps so that I could sleep early at night.
