But of course. Having just finished up my Favorite Canadian Acts series, why not visit another country with some great bands, Germany. As always, we'll start with #10, in this case, Cologne's Pink Turns Blue. Fronted by Mic Jogwer, Pink Turns Blue formed in 1985 in Berlin. They aren't officially a goth band, yet goth's are the only people I know that listen to them. During my second Army stint in Germany, I figured their stuff would be easy to find. After searches turned up nothing, I had to special order a copy of their 1990 album Eremite. The record store girl was skeptical that there was actually a band called Pink Turns Blue. Because they are a German band, I got my CD three days later (they aren't the only band in this series that I had to special order.) And that's my Pink Turns Blue story, other than it's one of the all-time great band names. Enjoy!

It sounds like they should be a psychedelic band instead of a goth group.
