Any plans for the weekend?

The weekend is almost here. Does anybody have any plans? I think this weekend we are just going to stay home and take it easy. If it is nice we may go to the beach and have a bonfire but other then that we don't really have any plans. I always look forward to my weekends after a long, stressful week at work.

I'll be working all weekend.
I don't really see the weekends as any different to week days anymore, except that quite a few shops are shut on sunday

Here most places are opened even on Sunday but I am one of the lucky ones who never have to work weekends. I work Monday to Friday so that is why I look forward to my weekends.

Starting it off with a big dinner and all the relatives! Taking some to the airport tomorrow, others will go sightseeing.

The weekend is over today. Next weekend I have Friday and Saturday off work then work Sunday 10am-3pm. I want to go to the local fair on Sunday to see the classic cars.I am not sure what to do Friday and Saturday. I want to see the leaveschange and go for a drive but that hasn't happened yet

My weekends are normally Wednesdays and Thursdays. This week, I had Mon through Wed off instead. I work seven days when the weather is nice. I have off from cleaning windows on the weekends, but work eight hour days then. And when I have off from the cashiering job on Wed/Thurs, I'm doing windows most of the day.
I do get more time off in the winter months when there's snow on the ground here in MI. Eventually, it won't have to be that way.

@Happy2BeMe It's been that way for the past eight years since my husband lost the lower portion of his right leg and I had to begin running the business he started. It's our major form of income, so it's worth it. In the next two to six years I'll be retiring from cashiering, so it won't be quite so bad.

Saturday full rest has just finished. Sunday, we go visit with friends at church. Mow the lawn and pull nettles and weeds in the afternoon. I hope that will happen.
