It can relax me, lift my mood, help me come up with ideas, help me through a dull, repetitive task. But, most of all, it can take me back to a happy time in my life.

I do love music. Depending on my mood and the song it is as though the lyrics are speaking right to you. So many songs can relate to different moments in your life. A simple song can bring back a flood of memories. Music is good for the soul.
