Investment options for a 24 year old? / myLot

I'm 24 year old and currently working in an IT firm in India. What are some good investment options for me? I'm caught in a big dilemma between real estate and stocks!

it is too early to invest...try earning and saving first. Even if you WANT to invest you have to read and learn how to do it first.

@GiridharanJ I think before you do any investment whether in stocks or real estate, you'd better get yourself educated first. The surest way to make mistakes and lose money is lack of knowledge.
