Help out

I can't believe people don't help others when they need help. I think one of the reasons is because they don't want to get involved in any legal issues and you don't know how a person's personality is like.
I was walking around the city and a elderly lady was coming off a bus. No one was helping this elderly lady out with her trolley. She struggled to get out of the bus. I couldn't help her because I was waiting at a pedestrian crossing.
Have you experienced someone needing help and no one helped them?

It is a sad story,the desire for helping must be induced at an early age that is is in school however, there are many who are more than willing to help needy people,

It would be a little dangerous to do so in China sometimes.
