My regular doctor told me that just because I have a low heart rate does NOT mean I have a bad/ weak heart, because I am active is the reason. For once one dotor said another if full of _____! I told this doctor I was tired of the other one trying to talk me into being sick when I am not. My heart is fine. I do have to drop 20 pounds to help the diabetes and get rid of meat because of cholesterol is a little high at 256. Other than that I am in good shape. But I already knew all that

Weight loss is definitely key in helping diabetes. Lose enough and it's not even a factor.

Glad you have a sensible doctor with a positive point of view. The last thing anyone needs is a negative doctor.

@andriaperry Your regular doctor is right. Bradycardia (slow heart rate), most of the time is not at all a problem.

The heart doctor is " prepare for surgery! you have a weak heart because the heart rate is low" My regular doctor is " nooooo, that does not mean you need a pacemaker!"

I'm healthy enough that I just avoid going to the doctor altogether.

I feel need to go back to the doctor, It's been months since my last health check. The only problem i had was the uric acid.

Gout? You should keep a check if you have a problem, I just need my hormones or I am an emotional wreck.
