Lately I start to learn some new dishes via the net as I hope to make more different breakfast everyday. This is the noodle breakfast I made according to the Northern China. I add the tomato, potato and egg as the soup with the noodle. It is simple and easy to prepare in the morning. How do you make your noodle?

I thought this noodle is an instant noodle, because it just look like what we are buying in our country in sachet. Yes, I can see the tomato and egg but not the potato. You mixed the egg and maybe shake it that is why the its not firm. You can also add some bokchoi or pechay to make it more nutritious.

We don't call this as the instant noodle, but it doesn't spend a long time cooking it anyway I sliced the potato as I don't need much for the breakfast. Last night I had the fried sliced potato as one dish for dinner

Is that lomi? I cooked my commercial soup today with some veggies and more than 5grams of moringa leaves.

Lomi is an unknown word for me. This is why sometimes I feel confused when I look at the foreign dishes because I can't know what they are.

Wow, that must be very filling for breakfast. Both potato and noodle provide carbohydrate, and I think that is too much. Perhaps you can take away potato and use other vegetables instead.

In fact the sliced potatoes are not many. It may be better to add a little beef inside

@youless True, even chicken will be good. Chicken is a good source of protein.

That one looks delicious indeed . Breakfast for us would just be breads and a choice of 3 or more sandwich fillers and coffee or juice . We get to eat noodles , when we buy those instant noodles , which is rare because we know those instant foods are not good to the health .

@CaptAlbertWhisker You can just buy a noodle maker and it is very easy to make the noodles at home. It is fun to do it anyway

@youless I want to learn those hand created Chinese noodles though. They really amaze me that noodles can be done without kneading a dough.

That looks really good. I would never have noodles for breakfast but for me it would be a nice lunch or dinner. For breakfast I usually just have toast or cereal and of course coffee.
