Champorado

Hi guys, good afternoon. At this moment we are eating Champorado. It is a chocoate rice porridge that is serve by Filipino people in their cuisine. Champorado is consist of tableya which is a coin cut chocolate made from a cacao fruit. We just add sugar to make it sweet and then serve. Have you guys eaten Champorado?

It tasted like chocolate oatmeal with rice replacing the oats.

Champorado is good with fried dried fish.. It's good to eat champorado during cold weather or rainy season..
