Hi guys, good afternoon. At this moment we are eating Champorado. It is a chocoate rice porridge that is serve by Filipino people in their cuisine.
Champorado is consist of tableya which is a coin cut chocolate made from a cacao fruit. We just add sugar to make it sweet and then serve.
Have you guys eaten Champorado?

I have never even hear about it before. I would give it a try if I ever had a chance to though.

It tasted like chocolate oatmeal with rice replacing the oats.
