Need to get Cracking if I want to make the $5 mark

I have noticed that many mylot writers are jubilant about their paypal accounts being rewarded with some mylot remuneration yesterday - well done to all that made the mark. I have been here a few months now and still not reached a pay out, but I am patient, and I am sure that maybe this month I can get there. Topics are most definitely the thing that either get the readers interest or not - I am still in the process of discovering what those topics are - I like travel stories and things about your home town, Interesting things! Food not that much, unless its food for thought . . and nor any negativity - BUT I do love a good RANT! “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes.” - Marcel Proust So what are the topics that keep you reading and prompting you to write some more? Please share!

I enjoy hearing about what people are up to in their lives and things they have done in the past. I like when people ask questions and you can help them out. I find with me it is more about the people then the discussions. There are some people on here who I read everything they post no matter what the topic is.

The key to earning money on mylot, is not in the writing, but the interaction. You can write a hundred post....even posts everyone reads, but without responding to their comments, you could have saved your time. I missed payout the last few months because I have been otherwise occupied. In the five days I have been back, my bank has moved almost $1. Next moth, I will be paid.

i noticed myLot earnings are fast growing these days, compared to when i started writing in here.. and too bad I missed so many days to interact because of my offline work.

Write about your feelings, but most importantly socialize in others discussions.

We earn even if we do not start a discussion here so don't worry about what topics to write. Just comment on others' posts and you'll earn too.

The topics that keep me reading are those ones that are interesting and easy to comprehend. I prefer topics that are not too long but with interesting ideas.

I second that.A quick read,light conversation,and a cheerful interaction.

@jennyjoy It's easier to respond if I can clearly understand the main thought.

I like personal experience stories, but not what you had for breakfast etc. No politics, religion or food posts for me.

I always go to the discussions of the people I'm following and I will read most of these posts and try to respond. I manage to come up with something to say on most posts whatever the subject. And I guess I write about things that interest me and those I think will interest other people.

Just an everyday happening in my life, that is what I am writing, and of course giving more time here.

I read all sorts of things. I like it when people post unusual or interesting photographs of places they've been or things they've seen. I joined on 1st Sept and didn't make it to $5 for yesterday, so hopefully next month for my first one.
