indoor activities

i am a person with disability and i spend most of the time at home..is there a good indoor activity that you can suggest for me to do?

well not sure.But I think that if you keep moving around this may help.How about some light weights there.Like five pounds to work with. Not sure how severe that you are.Are you getting some help there?

i can not move that much in terms of mobility i live alone and have a caregiver help me with my every day living hard but trying to live my life to the fullest

What kind of disability? If I have disability of legs and spend a lot of time at home I would buy couple of weights and would do some home training with them. Hold them on a table so you can reach them easily and exercise your upper body. Honestly, that is what I would do. Also, you can work online, post on myLot, watch movies. I don't know, internet making staying at home very easier with all those sites and opportunities. Also, reading a lot of books.

i have cerebral palsy it affects my motor skills i try my best to exercise..i like movies and now i started myLot and i enjoy it a lot thanks for the great ideas

I think you can go for the painting and board games. mostly both indoor activty.

Try to exercise your hands, there's videos that focus on the hands. you can exercise your torso, shoulders and your head too, just do it slowly.
