indo -us nuclear deal......n its implications to both

The most recent news is the indo us nuclear pact. Though still not complete the deal has already started to leave it s trail and impact on the world politics and the power scenario. china has offerd similar pact(or atleast plan to offer) to pakistan.. I just want to draw its implication in terms of balance of power and global arm race

Other things apart,the essence of this deal is that,India lacks the technology and the US will supply it,at a great cost for India of course!India lacks the technology to build tanks and military and civilian aircrafts.For all these she will have to shell out money.This is what will happen to a technologically backward nation. As for the balance of power,it will always remain tilted towards,the technologically advanced west and Russia.

see my friend it will be a bit harsh just to term india a technologically backward... u got to take care of the fact that alll others country including china have stolen technology from us ,in fact russia has been more libral in sharing resorces with china rather than india
