Why do people worry you?

This is a big problem for me. I'm the type of person, who tries to stay calm and relax. But it always seems like that certain people come along to stress me out. It doesn't matter what it is they always find a way to get me riled up. Then once I get riled up, I find that my mind worries too much and it take a long time for me to calm down. Do you have people who worry you? If so, how do you handle the situation?

In the past, it was my sister. I had to get away so i did. I ran away and went to another country and stayed there for 6 months so i could fix it.

@dramagirl26 just worried a lot for her that I had nightmares every night. So had to get away so I could be busy and not think of her. Being in a foreign country gave me that peace I needed.

That's true and I've found they tend to worry you about the tiniest things.

I worry while driving, hope no accident occurs from the 'other' lane, driver. Think it's more of paranoia for me but most times, I have found, give zero reaction, no matter what people say, even look at them like they're 'crazy' especially if they start 'harassing' behaviors which is dangerous for you and maybe others, therefore, need to call the police. Giving no reaction 'disarms' the other person. Look at situations as, 'do I have control over this? if not, carry on with your own plans'. Always best to ignore trouble makers (aka instigators)

People don't worry me as much as annoy me.
