How to improve myLot?

What are the features that you wish myLot had? I personally feel it would be great to have a chat feature integrated with the site. What other features you wish myLot had? What are your suggestions to improve myLot?

@GiridharanJ The web ui works ok on android, I use it that way, mostly. Never used IOS version. No need for a dedicated app, is there?

@pgntwo I wish there was a dedicated app. In IOS, it's basically the web version rendering on your mobile. it's sort of difficult typing in that.
