Almost went to their office

Last week Thursday, I went to the payment center and settle the overdue balance from our line and internet. In order to be certain that I won't get disconnected, I called the office and told the agent about the payment I made that day. He promised that he will sent me a reference number via text message, but no message came. Not to mention it takes two days for the system to update. But yesterday afternoon and this morning, Mom couldn't make an outgoing call and a operator reminding us to settle the bill, I got furious An hour before I was about to change clothes I noticed the line is back again.

Sometimes companies would want to disconnect because they want to make money from the re-connection fees like what I noticed from my neighbor who gets her water, electricity or cable TV connection disconnected because she often forgets to pay her bill on due date.

@Letranknight2015 Yes, you don't want to be disconnected; it's them who wants you to be disconnected so that you'll have to pay a re-connection fee.

Sometimes the service of companies are so disappointing. All they wanted is for us to pay and don't mind our own satisfaction of their service.

That kind of incident could really make a person furious. They are very good in the payment but not good in services..

Yeah I hate when things like this happens it really sucks. It happens with one of my boyfriends bills he pays as well and he gets really upset because they take forever to credit the payment once they receive it.

@Letranknight2015 I am taking care of our bill well that we will not get disconnected because of forgetting to pay the bill here in he Philippines. It would not happen in Germany.
