Team building giveaways...HELP I need Ideas! / myLot

Hello! I am conducting a team-building activity and I need to come up with giveaways for the participants. The ideal would be something they can easily carry , won't put a strain on a budget, and something that fits into the theme of "team-building". I scouted the internet for some ideas but I am not sure what would men and women in general appreciate and I wouldn't want to give away things that might be too childish, "girly" or far out from the theme. Suggestions will be highly appreciated!

I'd give them a decorative sweet. If I got a key ring, I'd either give it away at once or throw it in the bin. I've already got one and don't need another. Other decorative articles are only 'dust gatherers'. They cost you money and nobody really needs or wants them.
