Fitness Journal 9/20

Well I am going to continue my journals finally. They seem to help keep me more responsible and better able to stick to my routines and diet because I feel like the more people know the more accountable I am. Does that make sense? Anyway, today I got up early to get my son ready for his Zumbini class, zumba for babies, toddlers, kids, and after he left with his Grammy to the class I made myself huge breakfast that took up 99% of my allowed caloric intake, 1130/1200 calories. I planned on working out before my son got back, but I waited about an hour after having such a huge breakfast. A breakfast that big called for a big workout. I did the total body circuit video from T25 which worked up a good sweat. After that I did some hip hop cardio and finished off with about 20 minutes of yoga which burned more calories than I thought it would. I burned back my entire caloric intake for the day. I did have a small snack which bumped me down to about 1000 calories for dinner, but I plan on having a salad for dinner. I am proud of my jump start back into this fitness journey. I would have walked/jogged today, but it has been rainy and yucky since yesterday. What have you done to make yourself a little healthier today?

I've been following the diet plan that is part of the Transformation Challenge that I'm on. No workout today. It is a rest day.

@IvySaysHi it is going well so far. I lost 8.2 pounds in the first week
