Better post before I forget

Today is going to be rough. I can feel the panic attacks sitting in my chest, just bubbling to the surface. I know this is work related. I know, I know. I have a plan. I have to quit. But if we end up moving, which is looking more likely, no point looking for a job here. So I need to hold on. I also need to pick up more OT, so I can get the flooring taken care of. The fence is bad, but the house can sell with it bad if it had too. The flooring and a few repairs need to be done before we can even get it listed. Which means facing work MORE. Which despite knowing that it means I can quit sooner, is hard for me. I need to win the lotto, all problems solved in one swoop....

I used to read horse stories with a vengeance when I was a kid. One story had a tiny girl trying to convince herself that she could get on a steeple chase horse and ride it over five foot hurdles. Her teacher said to "throw her heart over" before she headed out into dangerous territory. Hugs from me.

I used to read them too, I always wanted one, I think If I could have had a dog it wouldnt have been as big of a deal. All we could have were cats. I dont mind cats, but they arent as kid interactive as as dog.

@else34 I know some people win big, but some will spend way too much money on it. I spend a little tiny bit, because I'd like to win, but I'm not wasting lots of money because I know I probably won't

Yep, don't we all just need to win the lotto.....of course you also have to play to win, which I don't. Who has the extra $1? If work is really that stressful for you, it would be best for you to go ahead and quit, honestly. It's not doing your health any good at all if it's causing you this much anxiety.

Wouldn't that be neat, winning the lotto would end some of our problems, but then more would crop up. I think stress is with us to stay. try deep breathing. It can help.

Oh, I have such mixed feelings about work, and working is for the home repairs and improvements. Have you tried any aroma therapy for your panic attacks? I know, that sounds very simplistic, but some lavender scented room spray might help. Do you work in an office or out on a sales floor type environment? You can come here and talk to us, maybe having listening ears and some sympathy will help. I do not think it will hurt.

Decisions decisions and we never know what the future will be like. I actually relish the idea of change as things don't change much for me. It will work out for you in time.

Good luck on winning the lotto. If you play, you'll win it more than I do. If you don't, like me, you, like me, don't stand a chance of winning it. So more OT for you. I'll keep you in my prayers regarding your anxiety over your work. Focus on the fact you're moving and you'll soon have your house up for sale once the repairs are taken care of.

Well I'm cheering for you to win the lottery. And wishing you good things and less panic. I had work related panic in the past, so I know what you mean. Makes things so difficult.

You can get through this...look at the brighter picture ahead. All of this is only temporary. Better days await you!! A lottery win would make it happen all the more sooner though! Have a good day in spite of all that is going on.
