How do you like to to be a flight attendant ?

I knew someone who would love to be a flight attendant and travel to different countries of this world. However, many news we have seen that the job of a flight attendant is getting more difficult in today's world. The customers are getting more difficult to serve and many flight attendants get different kinds of attack and compliant all the time.Is this a good job ? What do you think ? Share with us ?

@wildlittlefan well I would love to but not for a long time. I would prefer a short span of time to be spent in such way to have breakfast in Dubai, lunch in india and dinner in Malaysia.

No because I agree of the things you mentioned on what they go through. They get to travel around the world but never leave the plane to enjoy it.

It was my dream job when young. Cos i like to travel. But it was said to be a high class waitress and i was discouraged from becoming one by my mum...

I was a flight attendant for over 4 years. I enjoyed it a lot and travelled to many places, and in more than 40 countries I had the chance to visit cities. But it's true what you say, the job is not easy and it's very demanding on the body and on your mind too. Passengers are indeed everytime more demanding, and depending on the region they can be very rude too. The working conditions depends from the airline too. I still miss travelling but I wanted to move on with my life in a different path.

I never wished to become one. My personality suits the legal profession more than the professions in the airline industry.
