How I began to feel alive.

My conventional mornings are hurried between the usual morning chores of bathing and brushing, preparing breakfast and dressing and other pairs in the multitasking. But for the last few weeks I am up early brush in peace staring at my self into the mirror, then I go for a jog for 20-25 mins I return and bathe with slow music echoing the walls. I have a delicious breakfast, say my prayers and leave early avoiding the traffic. At the end of the day, how so ever bad it may have been I feel comforted as I had made the most my biological clock. I feel tired at the end of the day, and I feel alive!

I am glad that you feel that way. Guarding ourselves with positivity is a good thing. Instead of complaining, just think of the blessings that always come our way. Instead of comparing ourselves to others, let us compare our present to our past self. I know I must be always on guard with my thoughts. Sometimes, there are people or things that can change our good feeling instantly to bad ones. It caught me last time that I felt very depressed. On the other hand, I am thankful that I am feeling better now. I just want to avoid people who complain a lot.

@annierose Brilliant. A little groggy but manageable for a Monday. How was yours?

I feel so alive for having a cup of coffee. Coffee meditation is what makes me feel so alive early in the morning

Why do you stare at yourself in the mirror?
