If it's not one thing, it's another. First of all, many of you know that my precious hubby had neck surgery over one month ago. The surgery itself was a success, but the recovery is very slow. He still can't raise his arms, but there have been other improvements, for which I am happy. His pain is much less, he is able to walk the 5/8 of a mile around our circle, and managed to shave himself this morning, although it was difficult for him. Second, I've been ill with a sore throat and cold all week. All I have wanted to do was to crawl into bed for a snooze, but that wasn't possible caring for my hubby. To top that off, I was bitten on my eyelid by a bug when walking Doodles, the cat, a few days ago. I look like Quasimodo now, minus the hunchback! But the worst is that my precious grandson is having an endoscopy Monday morning. You can see how thin he is in the photo at his soccer game. The doctor is going to check for polyps and make sure all is well in his digestive system. He will also be checked for food allergies. He is already allergic to lobster, his favorite. So that's one of the reasons why you may not have heard from me. It's feast of famine with us, and right now it has been a famine.
