As promised a more updated paint by number!

You know, at this rate, I will be done with this paint by number within a week or two. My therapist suggested I work on it when I am upset, annoyed, super anything has got me really busting out the work. I guess I had best find another one and get it ordered somewhat soon, gotta have something constructive to do.
I can be proud later, that even with my heart dying and hurt screaming to roll out of me, I didn't let any of the mean and nasty words spew forth. I think I have a right to feel hurt, I just know I cannot express myself in any type of way that would be healthy. Not now, maybe not at all. Not anymore. There appears to be no real point. The words, when said in a manner I am not ashamed of later seem to have fallen on deaf ears.
All I can do is work on me. Make me stronger. Find the me I used to be. I admit, I am scared of what I might find when I finally make it out of this cursed forest.

I'm sorry your heart rages with hurt... seems to me your therapist should help you find another outlet for your pain... but...your picture is looking good and I can see the image taking shape... I do adult colouring in...which helps me to relax too....

We are working on different things, what works, what doesnt. I have some adult coloring books, have issues sticking with them for some reason

If I had paint in my hands when I was upset - the whole house would get painted LOL. it's coming along nice - lookin' good.
