Last Friday I decided to withdraw all the US dollars of my Paypal account that I earned from different websites. A US dollar have the value of 46 Philippine Peso when I cashed out. Now just of Today, the value of a dollar is 48 Philippine Pesos. I cashed out way too early. I would have got a few more thousand Pesos. Now I just realized how crucial it is for me to watch the economy.

I have cashed out earlier than you... How I wish I didn't.. If only we knew that dollars will have higher value today...

My impatience lost me a lot of pesos for sure. I never expected something this major will happen to Us dollars.

For some reason I make more money when my country's economy suffers.

That could mean a few more pesos, but then the exchange rate is volatile or erratic. You just made a judgment call and while it is not the best, it definitely is not the worst. Just keep doing what you do and you will be able to recoup your "loss".

And Paypal charges high when you withdraw less than $100 and they usually pays in lesser dollar value than the current prevailing exchange rate.

I don't withdraw below 7000 pesos because of that. I care about that 50 peso fee if I withdraw under.

I use my online earnings to reload my prepaid mobile phones so I don't care about exchange rates

I am not in the Philippines anymore. Exchange rates dont feel as good anymore because Canada have high cost of living.

Yes, the dollar exchange to peso have gone up . Poor peso , its purchasing power has gone down again . Though at lest a dollar gets more peso for exchange .
