I just received a wonderful blessing today. I received an email from a writing/publishing christian website called FaithWriters. Non paid members can write in 4 challenges, get their work critiques a few times, and have access to publishers, etc. Plus they can post articles all they want for other members to see, and critique. And you have potential publishing/agents from across the world that can view your work, as well. This is in no way a "fly by night" website. They have been in business for years. They have professionals in the business that work on staff. Plus... It is very hard to win a contest. So if you are blessed to do so...then it is a real honor for the writer.
