our society, we tend to react to Rumous even unintentionally. Rumors help society to regulate itself. Sometime, Rumors are so harmful that the law and order situation breaks down in the Society but at times Rumors spread by responsible authorities help secure Positive outcome for the society

A person who wants to see reactions of people is capable of getting a rumor and then watches the fun.
Rumors are always negative 99%+(1% positive).
