Are seeds important?

Philippines

While grandma and aunt were having a conversation over skype, I almost forgot to request them to bring me seeds. The last seed I have was from my mom's friend which was the okra, I've planted them all but only two had fully grown, out of more than a dozen seeds I haven't been gardening for almost a month now since some of my plants had died which made me lazy to do more gardening activites. The garden's overpopulated with plants which was probably why next time I might just put in the pot.

If only we had more space in the garden, it's just not much anymore @jstory07

Potted plants are easier to take care of.

I normally sow saplings. Growing plants starting from seeds is a bit difficult.

Well, difficult is better than impossible and I've share my own experience of how hard for them to grow from seeds.

@Letranknight2015 that's a good idea. you can also keep them in some plastic bag and use them later as that also works

It is more healthy for the plants to grow directly from the soil and not from the pots which has limited soil and its roots can not grow well.

Due to rain we had a hard time cleaning the garden. Now that rainy season is gone we can start cleaning the garden of the wild plants and planting seasonal flowers.

Indeed, those seeds are very important because without them, there will be no plants here on Earth especially those that we eat like fruits and vegetables.
